8th  I.C.F.W  International Conference on Foreigners Welfare- Meeting on November 23, 2012 at Grand Hyatt Hotel, 

 H.E Joao Viegas Canascalao Ambassdor of East  Timor come early to join icfw meeting.

He liked very much president Mr.Shin and icfw work. 

After this meeting, a few weeks later  he went to his contry Esat Timor to visit  his home town, where unfortunately

he died, He never come back to korea again. icfw president Mr. shin when he heard that news, he whimpered a lot and  was very much disappointed

Actually ambassador Joao V Canascalao was a disabled person.
