President of ICFW attended the event for the farewell party of his good friend, Mr. Delmer cruz the Labor Attache of Philippines. The event was attended by some Koreans and Foreign VIPS.
Because of his support to organization and migrat workers. Mr. Cruz received a simple presence coming from President Shin.
