President Shin personally welcomed the Vice President of the Rep of Costa Rica, Honorable Alfio Piva Mesen together with his wife.President Shin got the opportunity to personally meet and greet the Vice President through the invitation of H.E Fernando Borbon, the former Ambassador of Costa RIca to Korea. Also, president Shin had the opportunity to ask some questions to the Vice President.
On May 21, 2011 President Shin invited the Vice-President; his wife; Ambassador of Costa Rica and the Minister for culture of Costa Rica, Mr. Manuel Obregon for a lunch at Insa dong.
Before departing the country, the Vice President of the Rep of Costa Rica gave his sincere gratitude to President Shin.
