Farewell Diner of the Former Ambassador of Costa Rica

The Farewell dinner for H.E Fernando Borbon was organized by ICFW, International Conference on Foreigners Welfare. It was held at the Aria Restaurant, Westin Chosun Hotel Seoul. On 29th of August '2011. About 18 Ambassadors were participated. The farewell Messages of most Ambassadors to H.E Fernando Borbon are, " It is very sad to say Good bye to the person that is very close to us, but we are happy beacuse we know that soon you will see and be with your Family. We will miss you and wehope the best of good luck to you" then the final message of Costa Rican Ambassador to his friends/ colleagues " First of all i thank Mr. Shin and the staff for providing this farewell dinner, Mr. Shin is not only my friend, but he is my Brother. I always thank him for teaching the foreigners in Korean languages. I know god will bless you. As i always tell you, im here because of GOD. I would like to say thank you for everybody here. And i should say thank you for the love of God. just for my heart, i shoul say I LOVE every one of here. God bless you always.
