On 15th of April ‘2011 (Friday). PPCWC & ICFW organized this Closed-door Meeting for all Latin American Ambassadors in South Korea. Held at the 3rd floor of Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel. With the theme of “Let’s constrain to upgrade” About 12 Latin American Ambassadors into the South Korea were gathered to discuss about the Program offered by ICFW to (GRULAC) 16 Latin Ambassadors in Korea. The organization has offered its help for the training of over (100) Latin American students in Korean language and Korean culture by means of a scholarship and interchange of pre-college students. The objective of this program is to train pre-college students in Korean language and culture. And to make this more comprehensive. GRULAC was prepared a written proposal for the organization. Both parties must have the same copy and must be signed by the organization and the 16 Latin Ambassadors. With the coordination of the Ambassador of Guatemala, H.E Rafael S. Galvez, the Dean of all Latin Ambassadors in South Korea and other participating Ambassadors the meeting was successfully accomplished. “In the end, all the participants are hopeful that these propose project will progress into a very good resolution.”
