“Safest Korea. Korea is powerful."

"I dream of a foreign school in which children from multi-cultural families can learn, even if they do not have money," said the Egyptian Minister Plenipo-tentiary Head of the Mission to Korea, Mr. Ihab Tahoun.

"While th Minister Plenipotentiary Head's families invest approximately $30,000 a year per child for education, many multi-cultural families have faced difficult living conditions in order to give their children enough education," he added.

In Egypt, about 3,000 Koreans are working in the construction area and about 500 Koreans are living in Egypt including university students, company workers, and educators working at special government agencies.

"The safety status of Korea is very good and I respect it. Most Koreans have a good sense of the law. I would like to define Korea as a powerful country rather than a rich one," he said "Active help nationwide for foreign workers and marriage migrants to have a better working and living environment and to safely settle down in Korea maybe the best way for the nation to lift up its national image," said Mr. Tahoun. "And there shall not bo any support or help toward illegal immigration," he reiterated.

"I love Korea and its people so much that I would like to live in Korea forever," said with smiling on his face.
