On 24th June '2011 the President of ICFW & i-msn Kwang Yul  Shin visited the Embassy of Angola  Seoul Korea to personally meet the Ambassador and to give graditude to the Second Secretary of Angola for coming to the 7th Graduation ceremony of the college of PPCWC.
