On behalf of my Ambassador let me say first of all thank you to Mr. Kwang Yul Shin, President of ICFW and the organizers who organized this conference. Also for inviting me here and be a part of this conference. Korean progresses to become Multicultural society. The welfare of foreigners also becomes a bigger issue as the foreigners joined the Korean society. We were a part of the world of Mr. Kwang Yul Shin and the organizers, So we wish them a greater success in the future.
