Good evening President Shin, Colleagues
I think welfare consists of two things, one is Actions and this may be part of your organizations which is ICFW. The second is Procedure this procedure is an application by the government here.
Medical support is a procedure of the government that will support more and more. Generally the welfare means is the first stage of solidarity. I think the Korean people have the sense of solidarity. I can see in the world that they put first aid; they send special workers to the government. I think it’s similar in the Korean society.
Some students are steadily satisfied. I am satisfied with my citizens from Serbia so far. As a foreigner here we can support the actions of organizations. We supported elections for organization; maybe we could be creating more critics for government for other people.
Again I congratulate ICFW and I will support your activities anytime.
