Good evening, I would like to start my speech by congratulating the President of ICFW, Mr. Shin. When we are talking about multi-cultural society its impose a communication between people. It¡¯s not easy for us here to have the communication that we want to the Korean people. I believe the communication is a very strong barrier for the language. I would like to address this to the Korean government to have a free teacher who can teach us to learn Korean language. Also I hope that they will provide appropriate facilities for foreigners. Specifically in bank transactions. Because it is sometimes difficult for us to open an account and to withdraw money. I would request to do more effort on this. But the good thing in this government is we have the opportunity to exchange our view, the opportunity to meet some NGO¡¯s official. I would like to thank the Korean government because we received so many good things. We have the opportunity to attend and participate many events. For that we have the very good opportunity to know important information in the field of cooperation between the major and other governors. I think if we continue our cooperation to Multicultural society maybe 1 or 2 years later the communication to Korean people would be better. Thank you very much for all the people and government who supporting us.
