Mr. Shin, the President of ICFW; Excellencies; Ladies and Gentlemen.
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Shin for all the great efforts in contributing for the welfare of the foreigners in to the Republic of Korea. It is a great and commemorative effort that on behalf of Mr. Shin to continue looking for the visitors coming in Korea. I would like to note about the language for foreigners. To give effort to try to learn the Korean language. And for my only request, if there will be a way to make a such long basic sufficient services to have a more welfare facilities.
